My domain has disappeared! What happened?

There are a few possibilities:

1. If your domain has gone longer than 14 days without having at least one EveryDNS nameserver listed under the WHOIS for your domain, we assume you are no longer using our service and have removed the domain.
2. If you have attempted to mask our nameservers (i.e. pointing ns1.you.com to ns1.everydns.net and listing ns1.you.com with your registrar), your domain will be deleted.
3. You have EveryDNS configured for secondary DNS, but your primary nameserver has been down for a very long time.
4. Your domain has been banned for spamming or abuse. Contact abuse@everybox.com for more assistance.
