Help! I donated to you, but my Account still says I haven't!

Don't panic... chances are that we recieved your donation fine!

Perhaps your mail address on http://www.everydns.net/profile.php is different from the mail address you used with Paypal. If they were the same, then your EveryDNS account would almost certainly be updated already.

If your account still says you haven't donated, but you know you have, and it's been more than a few days, please send a kind calm message to support@everybox.com, and attach your PayPal receipt with it the automated response you received will contain the paypal receipt, and one of the lovely Operations Team members will add your donation. Thanks. We're glad you agreed with some of our reasons for contributing.
